To mark the 75th Anniversary this year of the declaration of the Slipper Chapel in Walsingham as the National Shrine of Our Lady for England and Wales, Family Publications has brought out A Walsingham Prayer Book.

By the time of the Reformation, Walsingham was one of the four major places of pilgrimage in Europe and it became known as 'England's Nazareth'. Today, Our Lady of Walsingham is honoured as the special protectress of the Church for all English-speaking peoples.

This beautiful colour prayer book contains all the most popular prayers, litanies and hymns associated with Our Lady of Walsingham. It is illustrated throughout with colour pictures of Walsingham, as can be seen in the image below taken from the book.
